Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes is a great Whole30 recipe that you can make right on your stove top. I recently did a two week test run of Whole30 and found this recipe on Pinterest. Even if I am not on Whole30, I will be making this in the future. The steak did not have a lot of flavor but I think letting it marinade in the fresh herbs for an hour or two before cooking will add flavor. I look forward to making this recipe again in the near future.

Directions for Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes
Variations
- I put my rosemary in a pile and use kitchen scissors to cut up. I also use scissors to cut the steak up.
- I use garlic out of a jar rather than fresh.
- Next time I make this, I will marinade the steak in the garlic, rosemary, and parsley for an hour or two.
- You could turn this into steak and potato kabobs for the grill you will still want to precook the potatoes in the microwave still.
- If you aren’t on Whole30, you can use butter in place of ghee. It will have even better flavor with butter.
