Easy Crockpot French Dip Sandwiches has to be the easiest meal and may be the cheapest meal in my recipe book. It is one of those crockpot meals you dump and leave for the day. This is by far a great recipe. I did not adjust the actual recipe for the meat, but we do assemble the sandwich differently. You can pick which you prefer! This meal has a variety of sides you could have with it. We usually keep it simple with chips, dip, and cottage cheese. I promise once you give this recipe a try, you will be adding it to your recipe box as well.

Variations for Easy Crockpot French Dip Sandwiches
- We love to serve the meat on a buttered Kings Hawaiian roll, with no cheese, and not toasted.
- For a low carb option, I eat just the meat and a side of cottage cheese.
- This meat is great on a tortilla shell with some cheese and salsa.
- We have used the leftover meat and added taco seasoning for tacos, but we did not care for this option. The flavor of the french dip did not go well with taco seasoning.
