Crockpot Brownie Pudding, this is an excellent recipe to make with kids. My kid enjoyed pouring everything, mixing, and licking the bowl after. I came across this recipe as I was looking for a quick and easy recipe to make. When I found this, I was not sure if it would turn out or not, but it sure did. It reminds me of chocolate molten cake but with brownies. This was so good, we made it again the following evening. It does heat up really well if you have leftovers also. We served it with ice cream but you could do whipped cream with it.

Directions for Crockpot Brownie Pudding
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time: 2 – 3 hours on high
- Crazy For Crust
- Spray crockpot with cooking spray extra good. (Only need to go about half way up on the sides).
- Dump brownie mix into mixing bowl.
- Place eggs, oil, and water, as directed on the box, into the mixing bowl with the brownie mix, mix.
- Dump brownie batter directly into crockpot.
- Next, in your other mixing bowl, dump the pudding mix in.
- Add the milk and stir until combined.
- Carefully dump the mixture on top of the brownies in the crockpot.
- Turn the crockpot to high.
- Place a paper towel across the top of the crockpot. Then place your lid on top.
- Cook for 2 hours and check. If the edges have pulled away from the edge of the crockpot and look dry, it should be ready to eat.
- Do not let cook past 3 hours, edges will burn.
- We served this with ice cream, yum!
Variations
- I made this twice. One with Betty Crocker Supreme Chocolate Chunk and the other with Pillsbury Chocolate Fudge. The Betty Crocker one turned out much better. The Pillsbury one burnt on the edges a little and the middle wasn’t as cooked.
- I think you could use any flavored instant putting with this.
- You could try to wrap the edges of the crockpot with foil, it may help it cook a bit more evenly.
