Crockpot Chicken Enchilada Dip is the dip you never knew you needed in your recipe book. I had a recipe party at my house and my sister brought this recipe to share. Ever since then, I make this recipe all the time. This recipe is great as an appetizer, or a dip for a party. We love to make it for football games on Sundays when we want to snack. I make the recipe mild but you could easily make it spicy. Every time I make it, I get asked what is in it. It is very addicting!
