Peanut Butter Energy Bites are so easy to make, great recipe for younger kids to help with. I’ve taken these as my dis for potlucks and everyone always loves them! I love to make these and freeze them. They really satisfy my sweet tooth in the evenings. I’ve tried a few different recipes and I always end up back at this recipe. I like that there is no blender involved or dates. I am not a fan of dates.
