Marinated Venison Chops is a super easy recipe. The trick to making this recipe turn out perfect is cooking the venison to rare or medium rare. Anything over that will cause the chop or steak to be tough and dry. The marinade gives the venison plenty of flavor but does not completely cover up the gamey taste in venison. I am sure some people like that and some will not. Overall, it is a super easy recipe that just needs tossed together the night before.
