Olive Garden Salad tastes just like what you get at the restaurant. It is even better when served with Olive Garden Chicken Gnocchi Soup and breadsticks. Overall there is nothing I would change with the recipe. You can easily swap out ingredients that you do or don’t like. We always like extra cheese on our salad and I don’t have to sit their awkwardly asking for more. Making this at home, I get to add all the cheese I want.

Ingredients for Olive Garden Salad

  • 6 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 6 pepperoncini peppers
  • 4 medium Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup whole pitted black olives, drained
  • 1 cup red onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup seasoned croutons
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • Olive Garden Italian dressing

Directions for Olive Garden Salad

Prep Time: 5 minutes

  2. Place chopped salad in the large bowl.
  3. Top salad with pepperoncini, olives, tomatoes, and onion.
  4. Drizzle salad dressing on top.
  5. Top with croutons and parmesan cheese.
  6. Mix using tongs and serve.

Variations

  • You can use any type of olive, tomato, or onion. Adjust to your liking.
  • There are lots of recipes for homemade Olive Garden dressing, I like to use the Olive Garden dressing you can buy at the store. Just makes this recipe that much easier.
