Crockpot Creamy Mississippi Chicken, yum! If you enjoy the Crockpot Mississippi Roast, then this recipe will be a real winner in your house. The cream cheese adds a cheesiness to the chicken. It also takes the spice out of the pepperoncinis, which in our house is a good thing. This recipe is an excellent weak night meal as you can make quick sandwiches. But you could also serve over rice or a baked potato and it would be delicious!
