Chicken and Noodles Plated

Easy Crockpot Chicken and Noodles is our go to meal in the Winter. One of the reasons I look forward to Fall, is making this recipe again. It will make your house smell amazing and will for sure warm you up on a cold day. We always serve this recipe with my Homemade Mashed Potato Recipe and rolls with butter. This recipe is so easy as you just dump everything in the crockpot and leave it for the day. This is a recipe I found on Pinterest back when I first started using it in 2010 and it has been in my recipe box since the first day I made it. This recipe is great to serve a large group of people. But it also makes for great leftovers during the week, as it heats up well. I have froze the leftovers before and thawed in the fridge. Dumped it back in the crockpot to heat up for a couple of hours and it was just as great! This is one of those meals you will be happy if you have leftovers.

Variations

  • We love to use our frozen sweet corn we save for during the winter. I heat it up as a side dish rather than mixing in.
  • We always serve this with my Homemade Mashed Potato Recipe.
  • Since we serve over potatoes, we like our chicken and noodles on the runny side so I always add extra chicken broth.
  • We love to serve King Hawaiian Rolls fresh out of the oven with butter with this meal. Dip the bread in the broth, its great!
