Olive Garden Salad tastes just like what you get at the restaurant. It is even better when served with Olive Garden Chicken Gnocchi Soup and breadsticks. Overall there is nothing I would change with the recipe. You can easily swap out ingredients that you do or don’t like. We always like extra cheese on our salad and I don’t have to sit their awkwardly asking for more. Making this at home, I get to add all the cheese I want.
Ingredients for Olive Garden Salad
- 6 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
- 6 pepperoncini peppers
- 4 medium Roma tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup whole pitted black olives, drained
- 1 cup red onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup seasoned croutons
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- Olive Garden Italian dressing
Utensils Needed
Directions for Olive Garden Salad
Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Midget Momma
- Place chopped salad in the large bowl.
- Top salad with pepperoncini, olives, tomatoes, and onion.
- Drizzle salad dressing on top.
- Top with croutons and parmesan cheese.
- Mix using tongs and serve.

Variations
- You can use any type of olive, tomato, or onion. Adjust to your liking.
- There are lots of recipes for homemade Olive Garden dressing, I like to use the Olive Garden dressing you can buy at the store. Just makes this recipe that much easier.
