I had lamb back in high school for the first time when I was visiting Florida. I have been craving it since that day. It is harder than you think to find lamb for sale around where I live. About six months ago, I finally came across some lamb chops. I was at a meat locker picking up my beef. While waiting I scanned over what they had in their freezer, that is when I saw the lamb chops and had to buy them! Since buying them, I have been scared to cook them as I did not want to mess them up. I finally decided it was time, I searched Pinterest for a recipe and made Rosemary Marinated Lamb Chops. Overall, this recipe turned out perfect! Next time, I want to add a cream sauce to go with it

Directions for Rosemary Marinated Lamb Chops
Variations
- I use my cheese grater to zest a lemon.
- I think this marinade would go really well with pork chops or chicken also.
- Next time I am making a garlic cream sauce to go with this.
- You can cook lamb to rare to well done. I had never cooked lamb before and just went off of 6 minutes a side. Next time I will go for more of a medium cook.
- If you have never had lamb before, I think of it as a cross between beef and pork, but you cook it like beef.
