Korean BBQ Chicken Kabob

I recently obtained the recipe for easy Korean BBQ chicken kabobs from a co-worker this last year and it has quickly became one of our go to meals, as there are so many different ways to cook it. I am going to give you the recipe for our favorite way to cook it. This recipe has so much flavor for how easy the recipe is. This is another recipe where the side options are endless. Any rice goes really well with this. We really like steamed broccoli, when it is in season. You could also do steamed edamame, fried rice, salad, grilled corn on the cob. Variations

  • Use chicken or steak. Pork may be good too, haven’t tried that yet. You could also use really any part of the chicken or any steak.
  • Chicken breast or steak can be left whole and cooked.
  • You can serve the chicken or steak on top of a salad, make a rice bowl, or make a wrap.
  • This can be cooked in the over, but we think it has more flavor in the grill.
  • We make extra chicken so we can make rice bowls, easy meal prep!
  • Keep it low carb with riced cauliflower and steamed broccoli as sides.
