Ingredients for Easy Crockpot Chicken Fajitas
- 3 – 4 raw boneless skinless chicken breast
- 3-4 peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 package taco seasoning
- Tortilla shells
- Sour cream
- Shredded cheese
- Salsa
- Corn, rice, beans, lettuce, tomato, guacamole, and any other toppings you enjoy on fajitas

Directions for Easy Crockpot Chicken Fajitas
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time 6-8 hours
- Slice all peppers and onion, then place in the bottom of a crockpot.
- Place chicken breast on top of the peppers and onions.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning on top of the chicken breast.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Before serving, remove chicken and shred.
- Place shredded chicken back in crockpot and stir.
- Serve on a tortilla shell with your preferred toppings.
Variations
- Use tortilla chips and easily turn this recipe into nachos.
- Make it healthier with a whole wheat tortilla shell or whole wheat tortilla chips.
- Low carb option, skip the tortilla shell or chips, and make it a taco bowl.
