Lipton Onion Chicken and Veggies is my remake of my recipe for Lipton Onion Potato Squares. I was amazed at how much flavor the Lipton onion dry soup mix adds to this. A bonus is the amount of color you get with this. I used multi-colored potatoes for added color. Could also add the multi-colored carrots, my grocery store doesn’t carry those. This recipe goes great with a side of wild rice. It reminds my of an American style stir fry. This recipe has easily become a favorite in our house, hope you enjoy it just as much!

Variations
- Any vegetables can be used with this. I added zucchini once. Squash, onion, and brussel sprouts would all be great!
You can use any vegetables with this. I added zucchini once. Squash, onion, and brussel sprouts would all be great! - Use butter, olive oil, or any other kind of oil with this.
- You can make a small batch with about one pound of chicken and a smaller amount of vegetables. I would only use one French onion dry soup mix then.
- The French onion dry soup mix can be cut in half even with the large batch.
