Parmesan and Herb Crusted Salmon is a great option for a quick healthy dinner. Takes no time at all to mix the ingredients. Salmon also cooks pretty quick. Overall this was a pretty simple tasty recipe. Not much I would change on this. When I made it, I was only making one piece of salmon so I cut ingredients into thirds. I thought my recipe for Parmesan Asparagus went excellent as a side with this.

Variations
- You could add some lemon zest to the crust mixture or even cook the salmon on sliced lemons.
- Add some bread crumbs on top to make it a little more crispy.
- I did broil mine for about 1 minute to crisp up the top.
