Perfect Crockpot Chicken is such an easy recipe that is healthy as well. I was very impressed with the flavor this had, for how easy it was to make. I would not change anything with this recipe, but I know everyone has different tastes when it comes to seasoning. The seasoning on this can easily be adjusted. We ate the chicken sliced and a side of vegetables. We used the leftover chicken for salads the next day for lunch. You could easily add the chicken to a wrap as well.
Ingredients for Perfect Crockpot Chicken
- 2 – 4 raw boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup broth of choice or water
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions for Perfect Crockpot Chicken
Prep Time: / Cook Time:

- Dump broth or water into crockpot.
- In a mixing bowl, add the oil and chicken breast. Coat chicken with oil well.
- Next, add all your seasonings to the chicken and mix. I used my hands to really rub in the seasoning.
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 – 4 hours.
- Remove chicken, let rest for 5 minutes. Slice and enjoy!

Variations
- You can use any type of oil to coat the chicken, as I know certain diets have certain restrictions.
- The seasoning can easily be changed to your liking.
