Cream Biscuits! This recipe is so simple, no cold butter involved. All the ingredients are very easily mixed. I made a batch of these to go with other brunch foods. I was feeding eight people and I ran out of them. You can use this recipe for biscuits and gravy, or you can simply add some butter and jam.

Variations
- I made a huge brunch the day I made these, so I made mini biscuits.
- You can use any round object to cut the biscuits, I used a mini wine glass to cut these.
- I highly recommend getting a Danish whisk, but you can use a utensil spoon to mix instead.
